Welcome to Livideo! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Livideo desktop application ("App") and any related services provided by Livideo ("we", "our", "us").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License and Usage
Livideo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or approved commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
2. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
Create, share, or distribute non-consensual or pornographic deepfake content.
Use the App to impersonate others in a misleading or defamatory way.
Circumvent App limitations or reverse-engineer its code.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by Livideo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit the App beyond what is permitted in these Terms.
4. Purchases and Refunds
Livideo Premium is a one-time purchase offering enhanced features. All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues that cannot be resolved.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Use Livideo at your own risk.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
